Hi Scott-
Could be flasher. They are cheap if you can get one at a good bike shop or auto store. You just want a basic flasher. They may ask you what vehicle and tell you they don't have one. Just ask for a universal one. Wire it in and see what happens. I paid $5 for mine and they flashed again. I even used the same mounting "band" and did it all with the tank ON believe it or not!
